NEWS FLASH! Gallery8ltd has now CLOSED its doors at 29 Bank St.  We closed on the 26 June 2009.  It was a real tough decision because we loved serving our local artists and community.  Hiria, Margy, Paul and Aunty Marie are working on other projects together which is the main reason for closing our gallery.  This decision came at a time where our lease was ending coupled with the uncertainty of the current financial climate, so it was a hard decision but it made sense to do this.

We have decided to keep our website up and running so that you can stay in touch with us and we will continue to show you what we are doing as artists.  We will feature our artwork, latest exhibitions and we'll let you in on our projects in due course.

Gallery8 (our team including Lynne, Gerlinde, Teresa, Karen and Tracey) would like to thank those who supported our gallery as customers and artists who soon became friends and whanau of Gallery8.

PLEASE KEEP IN TOUCH!
